An Empirical Analysis on the Classification of Public Weather Service Users
Public service has gotten more and more attention by the Government and the public. So how to provide the best public service is universally concerned. This paper is based on the survey of public weather service efficiency in 2009, and in this paper the author studies the cost-effectiveness of public weather services from the perspective of occupational groups of public service users and found that significant differences exist in the costeffectiveness of public weather services in different occupational groups. A further research is made on the classification of service users into different occupational groups. Different public weather service users are classified into four types or two types according to their different occupations, which can help provide different public weather service to specific users.
