Reliability analysis of the timing censored lifetime test with replacement based on Weibull++7
The reliability research indicates that the timing censored lifetime test with replacement is suit to the reliability evaluation of NC machine.This paper aims at a set of data about the timing censored lifetime test with replacement achieved by the NC machine tests, and uses Weibull++7 to analyze and calculate the data,such as MLE(Maximum Likelihood Estimation) 、 MTBF (Mean time between failures) and its confidence bound etc,which obeys Weibull distribution,and aims at Fisher Matrix studied the relative infomation. It also tests and verifies that the calculating result of Weibull++7 is very accurate by using Matlab to calculate the theoretical formulas of the timing censored lifetime test with replacement.
