Analysis on Job evaluation system of College Tutors

摘要：

Job evaluation of College Tutors is an important part of the construction of Tutor,has important practical significance. Job evaluation system of College Tutors of Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology is analysised by AHP. Results shows that:Job evaluation system of College Tutors is reasonable.
