Modelling and qualitative analysis of the microorganisms culture process using biometrics method
According to the economic and biological aspects of renewable resources management, a model of a predator-prey system under pulsed chemostat conditions, which contains with two microorganisms and substrate, is introduced and analyzed. It is shown that under the control strategy, there exists a semi-trivial periodic solution, which is orbitally asymptotically stable by the construction of the Poincare map.
