An Empirical Study: Effects of Information Sharing between Channel Members on Relationship Quality
Nowadays, as the trend of establishing strategic allied relationship between channel members has reinforced, information sharing has became an important method of upholding relationship of channel members and improving relationship quality. This paper selects some distributors of Haier as the research object, applies structural equation model to the research of relationship among information sharing, and relationship trust, relationship satisfactory, relationship commitment which are dimensions of relationship quality. The results show that information sharing takes a direct and positive effect on relationship trust and relationship commitment; relationship satisfaction influences relationship trust and relationship commitment directly and positively and relationship trust has a direct and positive effect on relationship commitment.
