The Impact of Customer Legitimacy and Culture Difference on Customer Integration

Since customer integration can bring a lot of benefits for supply chain partners, it is for companies to manage this practice effectively. The concept of legitimacy was introduced into the supply chain, and the effect of customer legitimacy on the customer integration was investigated. The moderation effect of culture was also tested. And some managerial implications are provided.
