The Evaluation Index System of Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration Two-Oriented Society
In December 14, 2007, the State Council approved the Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration and the Wuhan city circle to be comprehensive supporting reform tentative areas for the construction of “two-oriented society. How to select evaluation index system is one of the key in the process of constructing “two-oriented society. This paper puts forward the evaluation index system of “twooriented society synthetically through understanding the connotation of “two-oriented society deeply, combining with social subsystem, economic subsystem and resource environment subsystem.
