This literary grace uses the main composition analytic approach to medium and small-scale industrial enterprise of different systems in Xinjiang (State-owned enterprise, collective-owned enterprise, joint shares enterprise, coordinated enterprise, limited company, Co.Ltd., private enterprise, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan investment enterprises and foreign-investment enterprises) State of development analyze,through calculate obtain by these different system capability rank of industrial enterprises medium and small-scale, and put forward relevant countermeasure and suggestion.
