The Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation in the Performance Evaluation on Oil Field Enterprises
The performance evaluation is the important component of business administration, oil field enterprises production and administration is complicated and diversified for being hindered by various factors, the indicator of performance evaluation is difficult to depend on quantitative analysis completely, also needed for subjective experience judges, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation just accords with the call of oil field enterprises performance appraisal. This paper analyzes the applicability and procedure of this method in the performance appraisal on oil field enterprises, and then does an empirical study with an example.
