Regional Entrepreneurship Environment Evaluation Methods and Positive Analysis

摘要：

An effective evaluation of entrepreneurship environment plays a guiding role in policy-making for relevant departments. Based on the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor model, taking the Shanxi province of china as an example, this paper have researched on the entrepreneurship envir onment theoretically and empirically by the method of described statistical analysis. The results shows that Shanxi is good at policy stability, tax preference and government work efficiency, etc. but is short in financing environment and knowledge support. This paper has given out improved measures to these problems.
