A Study of the Application of Fuzzy Clustering on Project Management Performance Appraisal
According to the objectives and requirements of project management performance appraisal, this paper presents an open, dynamic appraisal model based on fuzzy clustering analysis, and expounds its research process and framework. The index system of performance appraisal can be perfected by using macro and micro, qualitative and quantitative analyses and appraisal, offering objective bases for carrying out effective analyses, predictions, strategic making, controlling and adjustment of the projects.
