Study on Construction Project Performance Evaluation System Based on KPI and BSC
Performance management is an important project management work. Performance evaluation is a basic job of performance management. This article explores the problems of current construction project performance evaluation system, start from the selection of project performance indicators and the method of evaluation and scoring, comprehensively use of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) evaluation method and the relevant theory of Balanced Score Card (BSC) to establish a comprehensive performance evaluation system that serve the completion of the project goals and the corporate strategic objectives.
