Research on Comprehensive Performance Evaluation of GEMEs Based on Factor Analysis
With the application of factor analysis this paper evaluated the comprehensive performance of 21 listed enterprises in the Growth Enterprises Market board. Combined with many indexes disclosed in the annual statement of 2009 we constructed the comprehensive performance evaluate model of all enterprises. Then we extracted five common factors which were essential to the evaluation: assets operation factor, management performance factor, security guarantee factor, earning potential factor and whole expansion factor. Lastly according to the integrated evaluate coefficient we concluded the comprehensive performance ranking of all chosen enterprises and made further analysis in depth of each operating condition.
