DEA Evaluation and Improvement of the Relative Validity of Inputs and Outputs of the Hi-tech in Industries of Wuhan
Hi-tech is becoming more and more remarkable in the development and upgrade of the industries in Wuhan. So, how to make a fall play of the validity of inputs and outputs of the hi-tech in the industries of Wuhan is significant. The paper has made a deep research about the validity of inputs and outputs of the hi-tech in Wuhan industries by applying the data envelope analysis (DEA) and determined the industries with DEA validity and those without DEA validity. On the base of the research results, the paper proposes that the suitable inputs of human and financial resources, their appropriate proportion, the mature market environments and industrial conditions are the key factors influencing the validity of inputs and outputs of the hi-tech in the industries in Wuhan; in the meanwhile, it has decided the way and level which the industries without DEA validity are improved in.
