Optimization Model for Affordable Housing Allocation Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

In order to meet the highest level of satisfaction in the allocation of affordable housing to the qualified persons, this paper has evaluated the properties of affordable housing using fuzzy comprehensive evaluating method. Based on a comprehensive evaluating matrix of affordable housing properties and a matrix of level of emphasis qualified person put on those affordable housing properties, a satisfaction objective 0-1 programming optimal model on allocation of affordable housing has been established. To some extent, this model may improve the justice and rationality of Chinese urban housing allocation system.
