The Study of Value Evaluation on Public Health Input in Songjiang District
In the aspect of public health management, more attention was paid to how to reform the public health system and so on, but less to the performance of public health input. Although our country public health fund grows quickly in recent years, the achievements are not ideal. Therefore, the performance of public health input should be more concerned about while the public health input was expanded. Scientific and accurate performance evaluation of public health input mainly is related to how to set up a complete and objective performance evaluation system. In this paper is on the basis of the ideas of value management which balances the cost, interest and function demand in the management system of public health input through the methods of public health stakeholders and comprehensive use of value analysis so that the value and the benefit can be improved in public health input.
