Study of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method in Evaluating Employee Satisfaction of Foreign-funded Enterprise in China
The rapid development of foreign-funded enterprise in china is facilitating economic growth and productive forward, and change Chinese staffs employment thinking and employment structure. This article choose some variables reflecting job factors, individual and enterprise factors according to characters of national and foreign-funded enterprise development, builds a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for staff satisfaction of foreign-funded enterprise in China, and establish appropriate mathematical evaluation model with analytic hierarchy process. Finally, we investigate American and Japanese enterprises in China, use Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation System to evaluation foreign Employee Satisfaction scores, and make related factors influencing analysis. The implementation of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation System and Model can carry out foreign investment enterprise management, promote and develop foreign investment, and improve working conditions. Meanwhile, it provide positive and effective scientific theory for improve overall competitiveness of foreign-funded enterprise.
