Constructing Index System of Labor Cost Management

摘要：

The labor cost indexes system is a general name of a series of target name, the definition and the computation and the analysis method which reflects the labor cost level and with the related economic index connection degree comprehensively and objectively. This article stated that how to construct the enterprise labor cost management index system from the target computation, elastic computation, deviation rate computation and quality synthetic evaluation and so on.
