The Construction of the Performance Evaluation Indicator System of Enterprises Knowledge Management
In the practice of enterprise, knowledge management as a means of sustainable development strategies have been carried on. Owing effective knowledge management is extremely important for the organization to obtain and maintain a competitive advantage. This paper reviewed of the the theory and empirical about the domestic and foreign research of knowledge management and elaborated the concept of knowledge management. Then, we proposed a theoretical framework for knowledge management, analyzed and constructed a theoretical system of knowledge management performance evaluation by using the theories and methods of enterprise performance evaluation. According to reference to academic research, we also tried to establish a scientific and rational performance evaluation indicator system and confirmed the weight distribution indicator system.
