Performance Evaluation of High Technology Enterprise Knowledge Management Based on the Super Efficiency DEA -Taking Shandong Province as an Example
In this study, super efficiency DEA method was introduced into the performance evaluation of knowledge management, and 31 high technology enterprises in different areas of Shandong Province were randomly selected as the research subjects. Research results show that the performance of most high technology enterprises in Shandong Province is not high, and the efficiency gap between enterprises is fairly large. In addition, the evaluation results of total performance are consistent with those of structural performance, and their efficiency values are much related with the degree of economic development. On the basis of these findings, the article finally put forward suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve enterprise knowledge management performance.
