Evaluation on Training Quality of Henan Electric Power Co. Training Center Based on Markov Chain

摘要：

Markov Chain has the character of no aftereffect. The article discusses basic principle of Markov Chain, and analyzes why training process is the Markov problem. Then based on score change after the trainees are trained, the article tries to use Markov method to evaluate how training center improves its training quality with three-level assessment method.
