In the face of violent market competition and obtain employment press, undergraduate are confronted with a good many factors in the course of obtain employment. With this real problem,we carried out a survey of undergraduate job expectation in Renmin university of china, analyzing the main factors that influence undergraduate job expectation using SEM(Structure Equation Model).
