Study on Performance of Technology Business Incubators in Tianjin Based on Input-output Efficiency
With the rapid development of TBI, there is a growing concern about the performance of incubators. In this paper, an evaluation model of efficiency is established based on super-efficiency-DEA and an empirical study of Tianjin is conducted. Evaluation results show that the efficiency of technology incubators is lower. Input resources such as funds and incubation space are underutilized. Finally, approaches to improvement of energy efficiencies for incubators in Tianjin are investigated through return to scale analysis.
