Study on Indicator System and Quality Evaluation of Urban Population, Resource, Environment and Economy Harmonious Development
Contradiction between population, environment, resource and economic development exists widely in various cities of China. On the basis of referring to existing achievements, this paper sets up indicator system that shows urban PRED harmonious development connotation, uses comprehensive harmonious development degree evaluation method based on population, resource and environment, and makes evaluation on harmonious development status of urban population, environment, resource and economic development by using China Jinan City as example. The results indicate improving comprehensive harmonious development degree evaluation is simple and convenient, has strong operational performance and is convenient for understanding; evaluation results can show true status and difference of urban PRED harmonious development effectively and can provide scientific reference basis for sustainable development of city.
