The Analysis of Scientific and Technological Progress Based on SVDD

摘要：

The scientific and technological progress of a country is strongly driving force for economic development and solid foundation, it will be affected the comprehensive national strength for a country, and it will be a decisive factor in international competitiveness. Based on the existing index, the paper normalize the original data, and it use the factor analysis to the original data to reducing dimensions, and then it use SVDD model to evaluate the national scientific and technological progress.
