Some Regression Models in Biostatistics and the Analysis of Variance
In this paper, we obtain some mathematical models in biostatistics by means of regression and variance analysis. Resorting to the simplication of the factors, which affect the cattle growth, we linearize the nonlinear problem. Consequently, the regression model between feedstuff and the ratio of the cattle growth is established naturally by means of Minitab, Eviews and Mathematica. For accuracy, we generalize the linear equation to cubic equation and. Thus after testing the significance of the regression and analyzing the variance, the best regression equation is obtained.
