Analysis on the Influential Factors of Working Enthusia sm: A Case of the New Teacher of Zhejiang University of Science & Technology
The university has already embraced the stage of content development. The introduction work of talent is the initial step, while the more important and essential thing is to further develop and make full use of talents. Taking the newly-introduced teachers of Zhejiang University of Science & Technology as an example, the influential factors of working enthusiasm based on SPSS 13.0 software are investigated, and the 5 dimensions and 15 factors that affect new teachers working enthusiasm have been taken into consideration. Besides, this paper derives the regression equation between working enthusiasm and the influential factors. According to the results of the analysis, this paper adopts the management motivation theory, and puts forward four countermeasures incentive to promote new teachers development.
