The Method of Measuring the Income Effects of Rural Labor Migration

From an economic point of view, this paper analyses the relationship between the marginal products of labor and their wages. The marginal productivity of labor mobility from low productivity sectors to high productivity sectors will increase the efficiency of the labor allocation. Improve the marginal productivity of labor outflow sector, and then raise labor wages of the labor outflow. Under the assumption there are the two sectors, biased on production function, we constructed the method of measurement income effects. When using this method the more finely department are divided and the more precise in the more the calculation.
