Analysis on Influencing Factor of Outflows from Unemployment to Employment in China Based on Panel Data

摘要：

This paper presents further insights into the factors affecting re-employment in China. We estimate a re-employment equation for data of China from 1997 to 2007. Our results show that the number of unemployment and job vacancies registered in the Labor department is the important factors affecting the re-employment volume. Therefore, the related policies prompting optimization and upgrading of industrial employment structure will be of positive significance to create more employment opportunities.
