The article is based on the theory of enterprise value and technical innovation, and established the index system of enterprise values growth in basing technological innovation capability. Then selected 58 listed companies in China, the use of multiple regression analysis, factor analysis, based on technological innovation capability Enterprise Value Growth empirical testing of technological innovation that our country and enterprise value growth of a positive correlation, but the technical innovation of enterprise contribution to enterprise value growth is not high, capacity and resources, You Xiao business combination can enhance enterprise value conclusion.
