Employee Well-being Measurement and Empirical Research
It has both practical and theoretical significance to explore how experience of happiness affects their job satisfaction, organizational loyalty and job performance. The existing measurements of employee well-being from various countries scholars are different. Whether the measuring results of each method have the consistency, it does not have a conclusion. Therefore, to measure the happiness is the most difficult problem. Based on combing the literature and empirical test of measurement of the well-being, the researcher tries to make some attempt to study this area. Tried to repeat the different methods on the same group to measure their well-being, then compared the results of the measurement of each method, and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of each measurement.
