On the Mechanism of Knowledge Transfer and Innovation in Knowledge Alliance -Based on Knowledge Transfer ACAAA Model
It is proved that the knowledge alliance helps companies to shorten the time of technological innovation, reduce the risks of technological innovation, and better protect their competitiveness. This paper analyses that existing models of knowledge transfer and their shortcomings in knowledge alliance, then constructs the ACAAA model of knowledge transfer, explored the operational mechanism of enterprise knowledge innovation in knowledge alliance based on the improved model. And brought forward the path and countermeasures for enterprises knowledge innovation, establishing enterprises multinational knowledge strategic alliance, execute knowledge innovation synergy, namely implementing the integration and optimization of knowledge resources, includes resource-sharing, complementary-advantages, win-win effects of knowledge innovations.
