An Extension of a Theorem on Channel Capacity per Unit Cost
An extension of a theorem on channel capacity per unit cost is made, and the single peak of the function relevant to channel capacity per unit cost is proved. An algorithm is designed to locate the optimal point of the function. Meanwhile, in order to compute the optimal point more efficiently, the method of self-concordant functions is proposed.
