Theoretic Researches on Risk Management of Large Project in Total Life
Based on the characteristic of risk of large project, the viewpoint was put forward that objective of its risk management in total life is to accomplish its value to the maximum extend by analyzing, optimizing and harmonizing the whole system from not only every part but also every process of large project. In order to attain the objective of every process, finite and circulatory process of risk management of large project in total life was carried out, beginning with discerning risk, appraising and evaluating risk, analyzing sensibility of risk and taking measurement to control risk. Objective effect function of risk was introduced, which could be determined with probability and influence level on objective of risk occurrence as well as coefficient of risk controls. Moreover, these qualitative variables as above could be quantified in order to manage risk and accomplish the project value.
