Research on the Suppliers Selection Based on Risk Matrix
On the environment of economic crisis, more and more modern enterprises are thinking over the SCM at the point of risk view, in order to reduce the damage that brought by risk. As the most upstream at the supply chain, the suppliers evaluation and selection system is an important content which need to be considered carefully. This article embark from the risk angle embarking, and build the corresponding evaluation index system from the concept of risk matrix, use the improved AHP to calculate the weights of suppliers risk indicators, and make the evaluation and selection on the point of risk view by using the gray evaluation, then raise a quite objective and accurate method for solving the question, and help to select suppliers at the point of risk view.
