Customer Satisfaction Research of Chinas Motorcycle Market
This paper uses a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make a quantitative evaluation of customer satisfaction of the Chinese motorcycle market. First, it discusses the ambiguity of customer satisfaction. Then take Yamaha motorcycles for example, it highlighting Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Customer Satisfaction. The specific steps are as follows: determine the customer satisfaction index; determine the evaluation set; create the weight set of different hierarchies; establish the evaluation set; determine the fuzzy performance matrix, obtain the customer satisfaction value and overall satisfaction value of each product dimension. Application of this approach, it will help manufacturers better understand the status and image of motorcycle products or services in customer perception, in order to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty constantly, and win more economic and social benefits.
