Performance Study of Corporate Performance of Board Supervision and Management Mechanism Reforms in Japan -Based on Parametric and Non-parametric Tests
Japan is conducting reforms on the diversification of corporate internal governance mechanism in recent years. This paper adopts parametric and non-parametric tests to compare Japanese corporate governance effects between groups. Result shows that introducing executive manager system makes for improving corporate performance. This study suggests that China should be active in promoting executive manager system.
