An Empirical Research on Spatial Characteristics and Dynamics of Chinas Service Industrial Agglomeration

摘要：

The measurement of service industrial agglomeration is the core part of research in the area. Based on the descriptive index and dynamic panel-data model, the paper analyzes the spatial characteristics and dynamics of agglomeration of service industries in China. The conclusion indicates that, the overall degree of Chinas service industrial clustering shows a low level, producer services acts a higher agglomeration degree compared to other service industries, consumer services shows a low clustering degree mainly due to the impact of governments macro-led. Generally speaking, changes in agglomeration stems from a combination of the mean reversion and the randomness.
