The Impulse Response and Factor Analysis of Industrial Structure on Chinas Energy Consumption

摘要：

As one of the most important factor that influences the economic development, energy is an important material basis to ensure the sustained, stable and healthy development of the national economy. Along with the rapid economic growth, Chinas energy issues have aroused wider concern. The variation of the total energy consumption is the result of a variety of factors, while the adjustment of industrial structure is one of them. Studying in-depth the relationship between the energy consumption and the industry structural changes is of great significance for ensuring the sustainable development of the national economy. This paper brings VAR model to analyze the Impulse Response of the industrial structure upon Chinas energy consumption with statistical data.
