The Study of Selection of Middle Managers Based on Matter Element Analysis
If a enterprise wants to be good at efficiency, the selection of middle managers is particularly important. This paper obtains a more objective selection of result through a decision-making model based on matter-element analysis theory. This method can provide a basis for decision making in personnel evaluation.
