Empirical Research on Technological Innovation Mode Selecting in Manufacturing
As we know, effective and durable innovation is a major driving force for business growth and success. In our context, we will examine how many factors influence a firms innovation mode use. Three generic modes of innovation are considered: internal, cooperative, and external innovation. Survey research and secondary sources were used to collect data from 50 manufacturing firms. The results indicate the three distinct innovation modes are not inherently dependent upon one another.
