Study on the Industrial Planning of the Disaster-affected Areas Based on the Analysis of County Competitive Power -Take an County as an Example
The industrial planning as a means of recovering and promoting the economy in the disaster -affected areas is an important content and the scientific direction for the reconstruction of those disaster-affect areas. But county competitive power as the industrial development condition analysis in the synthetic, the macroscopic as well as the background stratification has the practical guiding sense to the industrial plannings scientific development. Take Sichuans An county as the example, through the systematic analysis of its county competitive power, discussing its meaningfulness to An countys industrial planning direction. The research demonstrated that An countys industrial planning should emphasize the following several aspects: ①strengthen the economic and social infrastructure development and soft environmental development, ②pays great attention on the education and accumulation of human capital; ③focus on the secondary industry development particularly the industrys development; ④industrial development direction should manifest the west develops according to the east pattern.
