The Researches on Problems and Countermeasures of Citys Population Aging
Many large and medium cities in China have been the aging. This article analyze the basic situation of aging in Shanghai, outstanding problems, impact to economic and social development, combining Shanghai Development Report of old population, Statistical data statistics and community surveys. The author proposes some suggestions from social security, public welfare, silver industries, and aging-related policy measures.
