Enterprise Innovation Culture System Research from the View of Dissipative Structure Theory
According to Chinas present economic development level, independent innovation development strategy of sustainable development has already been the imperative options. Based on the theory of dissipative structure, this paper constructs the basic model of innovative culture system that is done mainly by enterprise, discusses the basic orderly evolution condition, quantifies the cultural management entropy and system negative-entropy of it, educes the basic standards of judging the system, and finally puts forward effective benign operation of social support system correspondingly which are for increasing the effectiveness of independent innovation and good to the run of innovation culture system.
