The Research of Schedule Risk Management in the Real Estate Project Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要：

Aim at the risk in the real estate project, the risk that the managers and administrators always face can be characterized by complicated and wider outreach, in order to control the involved risk effectively. We should use AHP to build a model in our Schedule Risk Management, and then realize the importance of sequencing project risk factors, in addition, we can control the Schedule risk more effectively and in-time, this is helpful to our management.
