The Empirical Study on Performance of Option Incentives within the Management of Listed Companies in China
With the approach of comprehensive scoring and the factor analysis, this article researches the performance of option incentives within the management of companies listed in Shenzhen and Shanghai stock markets from the year 2005 to 2007. Based on the constructing and solving of comprehensive evaluation model and regression model, the result replies that the option incentives hardly work when carried out but before that.
