The Positive Analysis of EKC Development of Hebei Environment Quality

摘要：

As the rapid development of Hebeis economy, environmental issues have become more serious. In recent years, peoples awareness of environmental protection has been raised and environmental conditions have been improved gradually. However, the deterioration of ecosystem hasnt been contained effectively in Hebei. This paper analyzed the trend of Hebeis environment quality and economic development by using the environment Kuznets Curve, EKC, offering the theoretical foundation to government comprehensive management and protection.
