The Forecast of Sulfur Dioxide Emissions Based on Spatial Statistics Analysis

Environmental monitoring and prediction is an important part of Environmental Science and Research. The sulfur dioxide is an important section of atmospheric pollution monitoring, because it has significant effect to the air quality and human health. The traditional method for monitoring has limitation in the quantity of monitoring sites and their spatial distribution, so the monitoring of outside religions can not be achieved, neither can their distribution characteristics. So the method of spatial interpolation has become one of effective approaches. This study adopted Chinese regional urban cities SO_2 statistical data, using the GIS spatial interpolation method to interpolate and forecast, then compared the different features of the interpolation. In addition, the results were verified. The method of spatial statistical analysis was explored in the application on environmental monitoring positively.
