Research on Financial Support to the Development of the Logistics Industry -Based on an Empirical Test of China
The logistics industry and the financial sector as an important industry for Chinas development; it needs to constantly promote the mutual development of the two industries. In this paper, We analyze the relationship between the logistics industry and the financial deepening from 1991 to 2008. It applies co-integration test and causality test, and establishes a vector error correction model. We found that there is a long-term cointegration relationship between the logistics industry and the financial deepening, and also found that financial support for the development of the logistics industry is not plenitudinous.
