A Research on the Methodology of Numeral Analyses and Statistics on the Environment and Energy of Cele Prefecture
In this paper, the basic input-output tables of Xinjiang region and Xinjiang Cele Prefecture are applied for managing the numeral analysis of environment and energy. The related data of other regions of Xinjiang is realized from the input-output structure formed by Xinjiang Cele prefecture and the Xinjiang region. Statistical energy consumption data and the environmental emission data are used for estimating the characters of energy consumption and environment pollution of Cele Prefecture. The mathematic process is provided for each calculation step to produce the precision calculation result. With the mentioned way, the basic input-output tables may be extended into the special input-output table of environment and energy with concession of statistical energy table and emission factor table. The methodology may be applied for similar cases for other regions.
